More and more people are filling up the complain form, complaining about the recent purchases they have made. However, most of these complaints look like this: I have ordered my watch, but did not receive it yet," etc. where a few days later they usually receive their watch.

It is simply taking too much time on my part to go through all of the complaints, where people who sent them didn't even try to contact the dealer. This website is just my hobby, and it's not making me a living. Not even close to that, so I simply cannot devote the whole day to it. I am striving to keep my website 100% free of charge, but I will be able to do so only with your help.

Please, before filling up the complaint about the particular dealer, try to contact them at least three (3) times in the time period of at least ten days.  Then, and only then, if you didn't resolve the issue, fill up the complaint form.

This will considerably speed up the process, and I will be able to help people that really got scammed, more quickly and efficiently.
