All complaints will be investigated. I will
contact the dealer, provide them with some
of the information that you sent me, and see
if we can work around the problem.
If I
hear many complaints about the same dealer,
and if the dealer is not willing to
cooperate, their website will probably make
it to the "sites to avoid" list.
